Debt Free Destiny

Imagine my dismay when I recently took a little survey and learned that if everyone lived as I do, the world would need 4.5 planets. That is amazing, 4.5 planets and I consider myself fairly conscientious about the environment.

Many consumers are content to sent our their monthly bills and credit card payments and go about their day, not really considering much else about their bills once paid for the month. However, there are plenty of things you could be doing in order to reduce your debt faster.

My mother asked me to drop something off in the mail yesterday. I noticed it was a payment for a department store account. Since I pay almost everything online, I tend to forget some people still sit down with their checkbook and statements to pay their bills.

When doling out advice about saving money, many financial experts make a point in telling families to stay at home to eat and not waste cash dining out. However, the realities of a busy lifestyle can make this seemingly simple piece of advice hard to accomplish.

There is not much more exciting than purchasing your first home. Sure it is a lot of work, finding a great house that fits your needs and one that you can afford. Then there is the process of the financing, the paperwork, and the headaches that go along with it. Lastly, there is the moving part, the new purchases, and the changes to the family’s financial situations. Quite simply, there is a lot more going on then just buying a home.
