The first thing that one notices about U.S. Financial Management and their website is that there is an automated video “woman” who speaks to you from the lower left-hand corner of the screen to welcome you and explain who they are and what they offer. Also, you will see three ways to contact them for further information. There is the traditional web form that you can fill out, the toll-free number is displayed and they have an online chat window when they are in during business hours.

Very light on features and options, New Beginnings does not endear themselves to someone who
is looking for even basic details on their program.Their presence on the web appears to be more cosmetic and vague than anything.Even third-party reviews do not have much to say about them since there is scant little information
offered about their program.

New Era Debt Solutions offers those with large, unsecured debt the chance to get out through their program. They have a good website and even feature a section that shows an un-named clients’ settlement with their creditors. This adds a sense of realism to the process and helps build excitement in thinking that it could be your settlement, too.

There are two ways that debt settlement companies are structured.First is the “front-end” style where all the debt settlement company does is obtain customers and then turn around and hand them over to a secondary processor that handles all of your negotiations, payments, etc. This is the method that Debt XS appears to use.
There is evidence on their website (a link) to a third party processor “EFA Processing.” While this does not spell the demise of the company, it is worth thinking about because it reveals the sincerity of the debt settlement company in a small way.

An upfront attitude is what you feel like you are getting when you visit the website of Clear Debt Solution. They have all of the normal information about the debt settlement option in a clear, concise and realistic presentation. They ask the hard questions in their “How to Choose a Debt Settlement Company” section like: Is customer service handled by a call center or a dedicated debt specialist?

A cursory look at the website of this debt settlement company shows a positive, up-beat company with lots of accolades and even video testimonials from clients. This is very impressive, but could be just a cover for a poorly run company. Two reasons to be cautious when dealing with them are the high number of complaints filed with the BBB: 1,687. And, the fact that several states have or are in the process of bringing lawsuits against this company because of their business practices is cause for concern.
